Our Policies for PO Submission, Payment, and Returns

For PO Submission:

  • You may initiate a PO with our customer service department at [email protected].
  • Orders requiring a PO must be authorized with our customer service department.
  • POs will be billed when your product ships.
  • All orders should be placed through [email protected].
  • Please allow 3–7 business days for books to arrive.
  • Shipping fees and applicable sales tax will be applied to all orders.
  • We will honor third party shipping.
  • You determine your list price (prices will not be printed on the cover).
  • Returns are subject to a 10% return allowance, and returns over 10% are charged a restocking fee of $10 per book. Paperbacks must be received back in new condition, and within 6 months of the purchase date. Returns are handled through our customer service department at [email protected].
  • Please note that our online marketplace is open to the public.
