Our Policies for PO Submission, Payment, and Returns
For PO Submission:
- You may initiate a PO with our customer service department at [email protected].
- Orders requiring a PO must be authorized with our customer service department.
- POs will be billed within 30 days of books shipping.
- All orders should be placed through [email protected].
- Please allow up to 10 business days for orders to process.
- Shipping and handling charges will be applied to all orders.
- We will honor third party shipping.
- You determine your list price (prices will not be printed on the cover).
- Returns are subject to a 10% return allowance, and returns over 10% are charged a manufacturing fee of $10 per book to cover print-on-demand costs. Paperbacks must be received back in new condition, and within 6 months of the purchase date. Returns are handled through our customer service department at [email protected].
- Please note that our online marketplace is open to the public.
